Polymorphism and Crystallisation is a constantly evolving area of drug development research and this year is no exception, with novel strategies, technologies and techniques being developed all over the world, every single day. This development is crucial to successfully characterise potential compounds, improve the efficiency and reliability of solid state selection, and streamline scale up of pre-formulation and formulation to ultimately increase the number of successful drug candidates and in turn increase profit.

In addition, don’t miss the Pre-conference focus day dedicated to Predictive Crystallisation with internationally renowned speakers including: Professor Sally Price, UCL, Dr Bob Docherty, Pfizer, Professor Graeme Day, University of Cambridge.
All excellent. Extremely valuable, interesting and enjoyable
The conference was “perfect” in my personal opinion. From last year I have received 2 orders that started during the meeting. I hope we can at least repeat this number based on this conference. I don’t have a total overview yet, but I think we have picked up about 10 leads and at least 30 great contacts.
Very Good, I will apply what I have learnt in my day to day work
Join this interactive session to look over and hear about the latest work from all the poster competition entrants. An exciting opportunity to explore the most cutting edge research, meet fellow scientists in the field and get involved with lively discussions. All Poster Award finalists will have the opportunity to create a podcast about their work which will be available on the conference website prior to the event. On the day, the winner of the Poster Award will be announced and awarded a prize during the drinks reception taking place after the poster session.
To enter, please send poster abstracts to Rachel.kenworthy@iqpc.com by the deadline on 20th January 2010*
*The competition is limited to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Academics not providing solutions or services to others in the industry.
